What is the processing time?
All goods in my shop are made to order, with a lead time of 3-4 weeks. Custom orders take 5-7 business days to process. Ready-to-ship items will be sent out the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping costs a flat $25 fee and will use the safest, reasonably priced option. If you prefer a quicker shipping method, just reach out before placing your order to get an estimate.
How do I care for my leather items?
To keep your goods in the best shape, condition the leather every few months or when it begins to feel dry. I recommend using Smith’s Leather Balm.
How variable is the leather color and texture?
Not all cows are created equal. Our leather tannery has very consistent materials, but there may be some variation between hides due to the natural aspect of leather - that's what makes it so beautiful!

How Are J Cuero Co. Products Made?
All leather wallets are carefully designed, hand-cut, and saddle-stitched in our leather studio by our leather craftsman. All items are handmade, meaning that we do not laser cut our leather or stitch with a sewing machine. Each product is crafted from start to finish by the same pair of hands. The techniques we use have been around for centuries, but our design is minimal and modern.
